In The Biaxially Oriented Film line, the function of tension is particularly important. Adopting the advanced control algorithm and better tension control result can be fetched. Good tension control system can guarantee the quality of product and improve production efficiency.This article introduce technological process of Biaxially Oriented Film line, capital equipment, production technical feature and craft parameter, probe into formulating to tension of BOPP membrane and method of tension control, setting up tension mechanics model and permanent tension control mathematical model.Against tension feature of Biaxially Oriented Film have non-linear, couplings strong, strong disturbance,etc. carrying on dynamic analysis to the tension of handing, establish the mathematics relations of different perturbation amount and tension, propose compensating the tactics in relevant perturbations. Among them carry on research in coiling the characteristic and dynamic tension model especially to hand the loose outside tight problem in the coursing, introduce the tension control technology of conical degree in the actual project. In order to realize that draws the tension control strategy of the membrane bidirectionally, adopting some algorithms of tension control. In order to prevent traditional PID operation defect, introduce fuzzy PID control technology.Through software simulation,proving the fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm is better than the traditional PID.
