Tension control technology is one of the commom technologies exclusively used in the engineering industry such as printing equipment, paper making industry, textile equipment, straight line drawing and ect.With the development of technologies and new materials, and winding tension control has been paid more and more attention in semiconductor manufacturing, Vacuum coating, precision fiber winding,ect. And tension control is the key process processing technology, tension control directly affects the quality of the products processing.Therefore, how to control the tension of a good film winding system to become one of the difficulties of system control.According to the membrane electrode machining process of the coating process, combined with the features of the winding tension control, and analyzed all aspects of the dynamic process, established the tension control each link mathematics model. According to the characteristics of the model, and puts forward the tension control of the overall design scheme, the digital signal processor as the core controller, the permanent magnet synchronous motor as the executive body, using of fuzzy PID adaptive algorithm, and achieving a constant tension control in multi-layer film winding system, and finally it achieves the desired control purposes.In the hardware circuit design, using TMS320F2812DSP as the core controller, designing a signal conditioning circuit, communication interface circuit, PWM trigger circuit, the servo drive circuit, fault detection circuit, etc, it will be able to realize the tension, current, rotary speed signal acquisition, fault and handling, and permanent magnet synchronous motor drive.A good human-machine interface circuit, which is facilitated communication and distributed control of the controller and PC. In the software design, using C language program, application CCS3.1IDE development environment, according to the modular design ideas, completing the system initialization, A/D conversion sampling and calibration, control algorithm, man-machine interface communication, fault handling, and other aspects of the design. Finally, the system hardware and software anti-interference measures were simply introduced.In the control algorithm, with the traditional PID algorithm as the foundation, combined with the advantages of the fuzzy control algorithm is proposed based on fuzzy PID adaptive algorithm. Application MATLAB/SIMULINK software platform, combined with the mathematical model of tension control system, compared to stability, fast and anti-disturbance of the system through using the fuzzy PID and conventional PID algorithm in the tension system. Throughout the simulation results, showed that the fuzzy PID in tension control superiority.
