The education in school is decompressed, but the examinations are still complex and various, in this trend, the prosperous age of education counselling agencies have come up. In this thesis, It aims to help the company to design a small education organization management system.With the help of the education management system, the parents have a better understanding about the company, they can know their children’s information in time and communicate with the teacher to make a better plan, they can know the student in detail. More importantly, they can choose the teachers who are better for their children. The teachers can use this system to arrange their class time, students are able to learn their own class time and their homeworks which the teacher arranged.Teacher can use this system to understand the students’ learning situations and the improvement, the parents learn the situation and the situation about their child by this system. The education management system make the students, parents and tutors more closed, more conducive to the development of education.
