The original semi-hand management mode of Liaocheng City People's Hospital has been obviously unable to meet the development needs of the hospital under the new situation.The semi-hand management mode is helpless for the science and education management personnel do statistics and summary,also heavy work tasks lead to higher error rate and lower implementation efficiency.Moreover,with the increase in hospital work,the traditional science and education management is difficult to figure out core data within a large number of data in a short time.In order to improve the quality of medical services and train high-quality medical personnel,Liaocheng People's Hospital develop the science and education management system based on realistic,academic and systematic principles.The science and education management system was developed by J2EE technology architecture.It was built up by SSH integrated framework.The basic language Java was used to develop the underlying code to ensure that the system had good portability,security and adaptability.B/S architecture was used to build the client side and the server side.The server side adopted Tomcat server.The browser can choose IE or Firefox as the terminal.The database side adopted SQL Server 2014 database for the unified management of internal system data.The MVC design pattern was used to build the system layer and divide the system layer into three parts,view,model and controller.The function modules implemented in the system included personnel management module,department management module,continuing education management module,credit management module and statistical query module.Personnel management module achieved the functions of entry and modification of personnel data,personnel status management and personnel transfer management.Department management module achieved the functions of department information management and department user name and password query.Continue education management module achieved the functions of project management and collective activity management.Credit management module achieved the functions of giving credit for participants of the continue education project,giving credit for participants of the collective activity,entering individual credits,credits delete modifier,checking credit examination and department credit audit.Statistical query module achieved the functions of individual credit situation inquiry,compliance situation inquiry,score inquiry,compliance statistics,completed credits statistics and credit comprehensive query.After putting Science and Education Management System for Liaocheng People's Hospital into use,managers can start the work with actual medical situation,and comprehensively analyze businesses involved in the process of continue education,which has a positive effect of cultivating high-quality personnel and improving the quality of medical services.
