But the system is more complicated about maintenance, update and installation. Therefore Xinjiang national tax bureau needs a new official system based on B/S mode structure to replace the old system. It analysis and design business flow, function flow and business dealing object of each module, at the same time complete each module interface design of each module on the basis of foregoing analysis, In the process of database design and implementation, this dissertation expounds data characteristics and their relations, design the data entity integrity and referential integrity. In the system test analysis and conclude test process and results.After a period of system trial operation, according to the user’s feedback suggestion, the system has characteristics of stable performance, easy to use etc. The success of system trial operation greatly increase official efficiency and save the cost of office.
