Logistics transportation occupies an important position in logistics service.The promotion of the optimization of the logistics transportation scheme to achieve cost reduction and transport efficiency enhancement is one of the great directions in the current overcapacity and weak markets in the electronics sector.The global sales market for Company P,a maker of consumer electronics,is tightly correlated with logistics.The life cycle of consumer electronics items is shorter as the market becomes more competitive,and the pace of technological updating and renewal is increasing.Company P gives careful consideration to the selection of transportation modes and logistics service providers in order to adapt to the rhythm.The decision-making process to ensure logistics transportation efficiency appears to be difficult,time-consuming,and labor-intensive due to the high complexity of the transport environment even though several stronger suppliers were initially selected.Each logistics provider specializes in different areas,and the rate and quality varied greatly.Creating a transportation optimization plan for Company P has taken customer happiness and transportation costs into consideration and transportation optimization plan for Company P has become a top concern in light of transportation expenses and customer satisfaction.This thesis begins by analyzing the state of the company P’s sales market,the current transport operation,and the goals for low-cost and high-quality transportation management.From this analysis,we can draw two main conclusions: high transportation costs and a high rate of cargo damage.This thesis then determines that the reason behind these issues is an unreasonable choice of transportation scheme.Second,the logistics transportation mode selection and supplier evaluation index system can be established using AHP.After obtaining the weight coefficients for each index and quantifying the results of the logistics transportation service quality evaluation of company P,the logistics transportation providers and modes can be filtered to produce a list of alternate transportation options.Finally,combined actual historical transportation data and weighted sum method to obtain the comprehensive calculation of logistics transportation service quality,thus building a multi-objective optimization model with the trade-off between the minimum transportation cost and the highest transportation service quality,and use the NSGA-II to solve,the optimized results get a combination of transport schemes under different transport allocation principles.The validity and operability of the model are verified according to the actual condition of the company P,in short,the results have practical reference and application significance for reducing transportation costs and improving transportation service quality.
