PMBOK-Based Theory Of Software Project Bidding Process Control Disquisition

In recent years, the software project bidding field prosper because traditional management method is not very suitable for the emerging field of development, this article proposed by PMI PMBOK (modern project management body of knowledge) theoretical methods for software project bidding process in the project scope, project risks, projects, human resources, procurement, management and other aspects of research, combined with the PMBOK system features of modern project management, as well as software project bidding feature, fully research related literature, enables software projects in the bidding process, reduce the risk of software projects fail, to maintain the tenderer’s legitimate rights and interests, to improve on the software vendor’s certification and supervision, to improve the quality of the software project, create a more fair, impartial and transparent procurement environment, can play a role, in favor of prompt software project implementation more effective management, quality and efficient completion of projects.This article is aimed at software tender of the problem, using WBS (work breakdown structure) chart, research methods, depending on the specific case of software tender with data out of the present project risk, and so the solution to the problem. This article’s main research activities are as follows:(1) Discusses the PMBOK system and the origin of the bidding, current status and future trends, combined with analysis of the current situation, the current software project bidding in project risk management and cost issues specialist analysis. Many software projects bidding lack theoretical basis of project management methodology, randomness is very strong, surreptitiously increased software project tender or bidding project risk, and project costs. Use of PMBOK system project management theory and practical medicine, reduce project costs and risks.(2) In conjunction with the specific instance of bidding software, system of a system based on PMBOK project management method of software project bidding process control; relying on the related case of demand data, analysis of current software project bidding.(3) Gave the PMBOK system theory in software project bidding process control problems and solutions, established a project risk control and project risk classification monitoring rules, based on the proposed project risk measurement solution.This article from the PMBOK modern project management body of knowledge management perspective, to project risk metrics to study in the field of memory at the bidding of various problems, can be found on the deep roots of these problems, conditions, and from the system level to resolve these problems of macroeconomic policies and micro-initiatives, on further improving our bidding system, there is a very important significance and meaning.
