Next，adetailed discussion of the core issues: the basic parameters of network design, link budget, coveringplanning, capacity planning and so on. Through these discussions, it comes to the basic method ofTD-SCDMA network planning. Finally, combined with the example of Xuzhou, Jiangsu mobileTD-SCDMA network planning, the results show that the network planning meets the basicrequirements including the coverage indicators and network performance, and also gives a numberof inadequacies and the network evolution methods in the following.
