In order to build a new plant with a higher lever of automatics, we had viewedmany other plants which are similar with our future plant, which in local or foreignand had communicated with the technical person many times, Selecting the type ofequipment including high-voltage switch cabinet and transformer and low-voltagecabinet and driver cabinet etc., Configuration of detective equipment including hotmetal detector and cold metal detector and detector which can detect metal in thefixed area, Dividing the number of the motor for the roller table into many groupnumbers. Designing the operation pulpit and operation cabinet, configuration of CPUand remote I/O station and I/O module etc. according to the different area and numberof nodes and request of different function, designing communication of network.Finishing of the PLC program according to the process request, we fulfill the controlrequest of all of the equipments including the flying shear and loop and pinch roll andmultiple shear and breaking apron and cooling bed and cold shear and collection lineand stacker and wrapping machine, finishing the realization of regulation of speed ofthe bar between those rolling stand. At last we finished the article. This article hasbeen gotten most of people’s approval.
