The Research And Designing Of Cooperate Office System Based On MVC Designing Model

As the Web system becomes more and more complex, how to enhance the system's enfficiency, reusable ability, extensible ability and reduce the cost of system while designing a Web system,that is a problem be widely concerned. In order to achieve the above-mentioned objective, one good method is dividing the structure of the Web system into some layers, and reasoningly designs the represent logic, business handling logic and data logic.Model-View-Controler design pattern is a good solution that divides system into three layers, represent layer,controller layer,module layer. In all frameworks that can implement MVC design pattern, Struts provides one solution which can creates a Web application rapidly and efficiently. In this paper, we used Struts and Hibernate technology to develops an office automation system based on MVC design pattern. The system has a clear architecture and can be extend easily. Meanwhile, we also summarized the experience while using Struts,Hibernate technology to designing the represent layer, controller layer, business layer, data persistement layer with MVC.This paper divides into four part:In the first part,we introduced the defination of office automation and its status at present. In the second part we introduced in detail about the J2EE technology,MVC design pattern,the Struts and Hibernate Frameworks and how to use the two framework designing a system. The third part is about the requirement analysis of the Changqing Oil Field Company's OA system and the framework this OA system. The last one is about the detail programming of some units of the system and how to use the Struts and Hibernate into the development..The paper also introduce the technology of workflow, and use the technology to realizing the OA system's File Sending and Getting module.The module can be used to difine workflow and form that used in workflow. So can realized the workflow's auto running.In the end,with the example of Changqing Oil Field Company's OA system,we introduce the method which using Struts and Hibernate to realizing the OA system, and proved the ideas of this paper is feasibility in designing OA system.
