As energy structure adjustment and environmental protection requirements, CombIned Cycle Power Plant depend on its high thermal efficiency,good load performance,short construction period,the advantages of small investment and less environmental pollution, is becoming more and more popular with people.In recent years, although a large number of E, F class gas turbine have been improted, but we are still unable to grasp the core technology of the gas turbine control system.The control system of Combined Cycle Power Plant is mainly composed of distributed control system (DCS), steam turbine digital electro-hydraulic (DEH) control system and gas turbine control system (TCS) provided by the gas turbine manufacturers.For the DCS system, DCS technology of the domestic Company is more mature and lower purchasing cost.Therefore, the TCS system and DCS system of Combined Cycle Power Plant is often supplying by different manufacturers.Beca-use the two sets of control systems supplied by different manufacturers, more problems will happen in the process of debugging and running.At present, Take Combined Cycle Power Plant of Jingxi power plant as an example,design one integrated control system depending on SPPA-T3000 control system.First, the thesis simply introduces the function principle and development of Combined Cycle Power Plant, both domestic and foreign, the elucidates the important function and significance the control system plays in Combined Cycle Power Plant.Second, Confirm the design objective and performance requirements of the control system.The hardware system design of Combined Cycle Power Plant is finished from the controller distribution,IO module,power supply system and system reliability.And introduces the network structure of the Siemens SPPA-T3000 control system, the control mode and the main hardware parameters in detail.Again, the demands of APS were analyzed, then the design targets, principles, ConCePts were discussed. And complete the APS system function design.Finally, generally introduce reasons for selecting SPPA-T3000 system as the control system of jingxi Combined Cycle Power Plant, Gas turbine protection system and the control system performance test plan and test results and analyze the problems in the debugging process in engineering in detail.
