Heat And Power Plant Electrical Monitoring And Control System Plant Station Level And To Achieve

In 1998, the Petrol China Dalian Company limited began to build the second power plant for meeting the new requirement. In order to assure the security, time, dependableness and efficiency of the hearten power plant, our Company and the Najing Zhongde company were cooperated to develop a set of electric monitor & control system(NSC-200NT SCADA), Which was used to monitor and control the running of electric aspects of the power plant.In this paper, I firstly analyzed, foresighted and looked back the development of automation technology in recent years. Secondly, according to this system, I discussed about the process system analyses from system model, network model and the function and technology of SCADA. Furthermore, I analyzed requirement of system from data, function, capability. The back part of this system was the core of this paper. In this paper, I discussed the design and accomplishment from data collection, date transportation and prepo-computer. In this part, I not only discussed the reliance of choosing technology, but also introduced the advance technology used in our system, such as tow-computer system, GPS technology. Field Bus technology.In this paper, I summarized the experience and realizing about the exploitation and applying of the large system. All these are good for my further design in the future.
