With the rapid development of the domestic automobile industry, People put forward new demands with the amount and quality of the car lubricant? Lubricating oil with volatility, high viscosity, good fluidity warm, good oxidation resistance, and low sulfur, low phosphorus additives become the focus of future research needs.Lubricating oil hydrogenation unit is an important part of petrochemical unit, its feedstock is crude oil distillation unit minus four wire oil ? The main products of Panjin lubricating oil hydrogenation unit are transformer base oil, frozen oil base oil and rubber filled with oil base oil, by-products are crude naphtha, kerosene, diesel and methane gas. With the long-running, the old control system and aging control equipment constraint optimize development of unit.In the lubricating oil hydrogenation unit, the original control is mostly simple PID control, after years running of production, find the control stability of unit is not good, the deviation of control system is relatively large, diesel pour point is not easily controlled, separation accuracy of each side can not be guaranteed well. Vacuum bottoms level meter readings are often inaccurate.In this paper, we apply modern instrument and control technology to transforming the lubricating oil hydrogenation unit, first, analyze the development of lubricating oil hydrotreating unit process and control system, and the second, for the problems of the former unit, raise automation rehabilitation programs. In order to improving the control efficiency of the entire system, so as to increasing the efficiency of unit,While improving automation Instrumentation systems (including DCS system), we improved the original instrument control program, improved part of the original single-loop control to cascade control, used powerful computing control capability of distributed control system, joined advance control algorithms. In terms of measuring instrument, selected a large number of foreign mature instrument, so that improving the reliability and accuracy of the system. At the bottom of the vacuum tower, due to the high temperature and the narrow construction environment, there are technical difficulties in using of instruments. We solve this problem by optimizing the design of selection instruments and measurement solutions.Finally, collecting the actual process data of the transformation unit, through the analyzing of the process data, the expected product yield of unit slight increase, interference of unit has been some improvement than before.
