Design And Implementation Of Extracurricular Management System For Middle School

Quality education is one of the effective means to broaden horizons, increaseknowledge and improve comprehensive ability for students. In the national context ofadvocating quality education, Inner Mongolia Education Department issued manydocuments to encourage quality education for meeting local conditions in every city.In recent years, the rapid development of Xilingol Second Middle School set up anumber of extra-curricular groups to develop quality education, but the currentextra-curricular group needs to take a long time, much process, prone to make errorand difficult to modify, which is a great challenge for school. It is one of the urgentproblems for how to improve the efficiency of extra-curricular management, how torealize the students’ self choice groups, how to ensure the selection team informationaccurately, how to strengthen communication and interaction between students andteachers.This paper researches the current problems, analysis the operational rules andconstraints management, design and implementation of Xilingol Second MiddleSchool extracurricular management system. In this system, users in different roles canrealize operating function of the information management, the select group and thetimetable query. This system is made in the operating system of Windows XP andServer2005database. This paper is divided into six parts, including the introduction,system management rules and constraints, system analysis, system design, systemimplementation and testing and summary.The main results of this thesis include two aspects. One is how to further sort out the role of the extracurricular interest group management system in the three types ofworkflow, clarifying the roles of different permissions on each of the system; theother one is the design of the extracurricular Management System For XilingolSecond Middle School, strengthened internal college Registry information exchangestudents at different campuses, between different departments, elective tube function,providing accurate, efficient management model for extracurricular interest groupmanagement system, improve the efficiency of student course work.
