Currently most of our teachers have stayed student achievement statistics in the traditional manual process, greatly affected the efficiency of the work of teachers. School teachers did not comprehensive capacity assessment, all students; test scores remain in the assessment, which is not conducive to China efforts to promote quality education.Therefore, the development of computer-based system, the initial high school education management information system on the corner.In this thesis, a variety of business needs middle and high school were studied, and enterprise-level multi-tier architecture based on J2EE designed to achieve a practical value of the middle and high school teaching management information systems.Teachers can control the systems previous examination of the students, through a more intuitive chart shows trends in student achievement, so that teachers timely grasp of the changes in student achievement, so that timely and effective measures. Leaders of the school system set up by a comprehensive performance evaluation methods, which greatly improve the teaching of enthusiasm, and to improve the quality of teaching in schools.After testing the system is stable, easy to operate and meet the needs of junior and senior high school teaching, reduce costs, improve efficiency, so that middle and high school teaching tends to be more scientific and reasonable, to meet the needs of the school teaching.In the analysis of the achievements in the use of k_means algorithm with the traditional performance rating compared to the rigid classification method, cluster analysis by comparing the differences between the various instances, the instances with similar characteristics clustered together, providing a new analytical methods and perspectives, teachers or students can cluster analysis, targeted to the development of teaching / learning strategies to improve the teaching / learning.
