Electronic medical records are the development trend of personalization formedical and health information. Medical records are vectors of patient information,which reflect the process of diagnosis and treatment for patients.With the deepening of medical management, hospital authorities asked foraccurate reporting of all hospital medical condition, and is considered a reliablesource of medical information in the report. This statistical reporting requirements canbe further collected information is stored patient records content for standardized.According to combined network and software, the development of electronic medicalrecords are gradually advancing, therefore, the network has also deepened the extentof hospital management, data standardization and more important to improve thehospital staff EHR clinical applications can be a large degree of work efficiency, thuspromoting the development of the health care system.Generating a shared electronic medical record system is useful for clinicalmanagement of hospitals, patient information has important practical significance,and electronic medical records system has become the top priority of hospitalinformation construction. This dissertation introduces the realization of electronicmedical records of medical information management system based on Ajaxtechnology. First of all it describes the background, usage, status and trends ofelectronic medical records. Then it analyses the key technology, Ajax technology. Andthen it shows the system requirement and the detailed design for electronic medicalrecords. Finally, it gives the detailed system achievement, which includes specialelectronic medical records, management of log and data, and so on.After the electronic medical record system implementation, should include avariety of features for users and medical staff. For example, the correct classificationof medical information (images, numbers, text, graphics, etc.), and these data areprocessed; application that covers many aspects, including medical data access, medical service support, clinical decision support, health data management; able tointegrate large number of heterogeneous subsystems into one; able to share in theform is used by all authorized users. Electronic medical records system is highlycomplex, is the core of all hospital information management systems.
