With the development of medical and health undertakings,it puts forward higher requirements on the construction of hospital's information.The fact is that traditional hospital information system can not meet the demand for hospital's modern diagnosis and treatment.Thus,electronic medical records system comes into being.Based on the condition of increasing patients and cases,our medical community become to realize that the most important problem is to build a complete and effective medical records system,which is regarded as an important part of the hosptial integrated information system.It can not only support doctor but also assist nurses in tending,leading to higher efficiency and better synchronous medical information.Therefore,the study on medical records system have a high research significance and practical use.This paper proposes an electronic medical records system applicable to the scale and traffic of the hospital in order to meet the damand of county-level hospitals. It can help doctors to carry on fast processing, query, uploading and downloading of patients' medical records.In the meantime, it can support hospital in the fields of quality control, criterion constraints, quick search and clinical paths management. The system will enable medical workers to manage medical records accurately, flexibly, conveniently, and efficiently, and finally improve work efficiency for its higher use value.Based on the Object-oriented thinking, this paper carries on requirements analysis and system design on account of relative business in electronic medical records system by taking Unified Modeling Language as analysis and design tool.In order to be suitable for the system and users, it also uses B/S/S multi-layered structure based on Java EE, and makes use of Spring MVC framework with the programming language of Java, JSP, JavaScript and XML. By configuring XML and using Hibernate, Ajax and other related technologies, the system can implement three main functions such as the basic information maintenance on patients and medical staff, clinical paths management and execution, and implementation of electronic medical records and templates'uploading and downloading. In terms of security, role-based rights management is taken to enhance its security.In the process of system requirements analysis,the overall business and its processing are illustrated.The whole system can be divided into three modules including basic information maintenance on patients and medical staff, clinical paths management and execution, and implementation of electronic medical records and templates' uploading and downloading,and can be transformed to class and database model after the procedure of code transform design,class structure design and database design.Fianlly,the paper provides code design and technology dissection.lt mainly include the basic information of doctors,nurses and patients,clinical paths and design of templates'database table view.Action files in every funciton modules can be configured with XMl,and partial page can be updated using Ajax to make the page realistic. Notably, the system provides downloading link for documents.
