| Recently, some emerging concepts like Internet Banking, Internet Marketing, Internet Advertising, Internet Thinking, etc, have an increasing powerful social influence.However, as electronic product software function is increasing, software scale is expanding, software difficulty is also enhancing, personnel is insufficient, development and test proportion is not in a balance, etc., all of these reasons lead to various quality problems of software products continuously.The traditional software test management mode does not adapt to the e-commerce ear anymore; the customers’ requirements on the project schedule, quality and process management are becoming more and more demanding.The outsourcing cost pressure caused by the yen’s depreciation and RMB’s appreciation is also more and more severe.Therefore, in the development of the internet era, many testing enterprises major in Japanese outsourcing are trying to develop in the direction of electric business field.Based on the basis of software testing and project management theory and combined with the actual situation of domestic enterprises outsourcing for Japan at present, the article interprets and analyzes the test project management in the field of e-commerce field, conducts an in-depth study on work characteristics and electric business of Japanese companies and puts forward a set of work flow related to electric business QA(Quality Assurance) testing, important notes in the implementation process of each stage, operation details, guidance methods, input and output files, process control and improvement management methods, etc..For gaining its maneuverability and validity, the method is applied to several actual projects and has been highly recognized by Japanese customers.The practical results proved the guiding significance and outstanding roles in practice and provided an operational process and a valuable experience for the enterprises in their scale expansion and the development in a broader market. |
