Research On The Cost Control Of The Software Test Outsourcing Project Of H Bank In Dc Company

The cost is one of the three elements of project management,which affect the result of the project directly.In my dissertation,the research object is the test outsourcing project of H bank,which implemented by DC company,the research objective is how to control the project cost in the software testing outsourcing project.Due to the lack of effective cost control,the problem of excessive cost overruns occurred during the implementation of the first phase of the project.The main reason of cost overruns is the lack of effective cost management plan and cost plan,and can not find the problems of project cost in time,and also lack effective corrective measures to deal with the change of project cost.In view of the cost problems in the project,according to the theoretical basis of the project cost control,starting from the actual situation of the project,a complete project cost control system is constructed.Track the project performance by making use of earned value method in each control point,find out the project cost deviation timely,and take appropriate corrective actions according to the degree of deviation.At the same time,the process management and monitoring of cost plan change are strengthened,and the controllability of cost plan change is guaranteed.By strengthening the project cost control,we have implemented the software testing outsourcing project successfully,and accumulated valuable experience in the cost control of the software testing outsourcing project for DC company.
