| With the technological advances in the information age, archives information management has become an important research topic of the every archives management department in the new era. With the rapid advances of the government and the industry archives management information technology, the lag of archives information management in universities has become a constraint for progressing of the university archives management. Archives is the history of the university, and it is the collection of teachers’ wisdom, school culture and memory. The healthy development of an university archive’s cause is an important foundation for the development of this university, and the archives Information construction is an important cornerstone of the archive management work.This thesis analyzes the current development on information construction of university archives, and it focus on the archive management for Dalian Maritime University Archives, developed an application system for university archives management by using the method of software engineering, with object-oriented manner. It is designed to J2EE-based framework, using the Oracle database system, and combined with other application technologies.The former archives management system of our university has been used for many years, now it is insufficiency and technological backwardness, therefore, it have become the major factor restricting the archives information construction. The key part of new archival management, including file archiving, archive file using, with targeted, systematic and comprehensive analysis, are designed by workflow-core model. Furthermore it strengthens the collection and management of electronic documents, which are from office systems and other application system. Through the analyzing of archives business, the new archival works are proposed to solve the actual need, and we build the overall system framework by using J2EE, MVC, AJAX and other technologies. The key business processes are designed by the actual business and the needs of users. During the designing user roles decomposition is used, and it cites the use cases for each user role involved. Different users of functional modules are designed, and functional hierarchy of the overall system is divided into:my space, archiving organize, archive management, retrieval use, system management, and several other major functional modules. The system is analyzed with UML sequence diagram, which describes the logical operation of each functional module, and abstract entity class with the data table based on the analysis results. At last, the system implementation uses multi-mode and multi-technology framework.From the performance of the new system, we can see that university archives management system can effectively improve archival work management, so that the construction of file information management has progressed. |
