Over the past few years, the security of mobile payment has attracted more and more attention with the vigorous development of mobile e-commerce. Mobile payment developed relatively later in China, so such domestic services are still not quite flourishing at present. Under this circumstance, how to promote the development of mobile payment services, especially to enhance the security of remote mobile payment becomes a new challenge.According to the application characteristics of USB Key, namely a category of security products that have been widely applied in the field of online banking security, this thesis extended its application to mobile terminal equipment, and put forward a prototype design proposal for Audio Key, so as to solve security-related problems of remote mobile payment. The distinguishing features of this thesis are:(1) Background and significance of the emergence of Audio Key is analyzed. Meanwhile, domestic and foreign research status of Audio Key is illustrated.(2) Demands for Audio Key are analyzed, and then an overall design proposal for Audio Key is brought forth, which covered design of middleware, COS and hardware.(3) Key modules of Audio Key are designed and presented in detail. The tasks mainly included module design for audio communications and the application file systems. As regards such module design, effective solutions are proposed to improve transmission reliability and validity of audio communications. In design of the application file systems part, a scheme is put forward for improving the application file system of the Audio Key pursuant to features of audio communications, which solved the problem of poor customer experience resulting from slow communication of the Audio Key.(4) Prototype Audio Key is tested and validated from the perspective of audio communication, security and application environment.This thesis aims at proposing the application environment suitable for mobile terminal equipment, in particular, prototype Audio Key applicable to audio interfaces of mobile phones. The research suggests that the proposal designed in this thesis may not only satisfy security demands for online banking on PC, but may also make mobile terminal equipment, particularly terminals of mobile banking as safe as the online banking security as guaranteed by composite USB Key. Thus, the design proposal put forward in this thesis is effective for strengthening the remote mobile payment security.
