The Research And Application Of Power Payment Platform Based On Mobile Network

At present,the card prepayment meter is most widely used in our country,which is paid by using CPU card.This payment method is limited by the distribution of service outlets,which cause the users can not enjoy more quality services,and the cycle of electricity recovery extend for power supply company.In order to improve the efficiency of the power marketing,the national Power Grid Corp must shorten the cycle of the recovery of electricity charges.This paper presents a detailed introduction of the status of payment network in southern Hebei network of Xingtai power supply company,and points out the current problems.Meanwhile,it also introduces the situation and development trend of mobile payment and electricity payment methods at home and abroad,and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages.On this basis,according to the construction requirements of "ten minutes payment circle" proposed by the national Power Grid Corp,intelligent mobile phone terminal is used to meet customer requirements of fast payment,convenient payment and timely delivery of electricity information,and then to establish a diversified payment platform.Power payment platform based on mobile network is a kind of contact type IC card reading and writing device based on the audio interface,which is convenient for users to pay for electricity by the mobile phone.In this paper,a portable card reader for the electric power payment system is developed.The cross switch detection circuit,audio data encoding and decoding circuit are designed,which can meet the requirements of different technical standards.Meanwhile,this paper studies the design and implementation of Mobile Internet payment platform app,and develops the physical configuration of the payment system.And then the composition of each payment system architecture is determined.Besides,the information query,payment,system settings and other core system functions of the data flow are designed in detail,and the Java language is used to achieve the system coding.With the popularity of smart phones and incoming of mobile internet area,mobile phone has become a new way of public access to the Internet.The development of reading and writing device of contact type IC card which is capable of connecting with mobile phone,fast and safe and has small size can greatly improve the quality of service.
