Water is an essential material resource of people's daily life,in which the management of this precious resources is of great significance.As the manager of water resource,tap water enterprises ought to attach great importance to their social responsibility and the construction of water industry.Driven by the development of informatization and big data,Internet technology has growing at a rapid pace and the promobile payments have walked into people's life.For this reason,our demand for various service quality is increasing progressly.Therefore,water companies must carry out informatization construction to improve their service and management level.Water companies effectively applying Internet technology and big data,on the one hand,makes customers take control of the water unsing in real-time,which greatly facilitate people's life;on the other hand,it efficiently reduces the consumption of manpover and material resources and enables managers perform data analysis on water data for the sake of the management of the company.Taking the water affairs of Wuhan as an example,this paper designed and implemented a mobile payment and water management system,which mainly includes the following contents:(1)A water fee payment app based on the Android system been designed,including app login,water fee inquiry and payment,advice submission,water stop announcement,and related information acquisition.Android Studio was used as a development tool and Android 5.0 was used to complete the system development;(2)A water management system has been designed,including the unit price setting,user registration,user information query and modification,message management,message pushing,real-time monitoring and water using analysis.The eclipse software was used as a development tool of the background program.The Mysql was used to perform the system database.The JDBC technology was applied to connect the database.The water management system uses the SSH framework for process development.(3)Through the tests and analyses of the mobile payment app and water management system,the results show that the system designed in this paper meets the expected development goals and the needs of users.
