With the continuous development of biological science and technology, the rapid teststrip has been developed rapidly, which is applied in more and more fields, such as medicaldiagnostics, environmental testing, food safety, etc. With the extensive application of therapid test strip technology, dispenser instrument has been widely used in the biomedicalfield as a professional equipment of rapid test strip production. In the production line, theuniform scribing and curling of the rapid test strip are the important step, constant velocitycurling is crucial to the test strip scribing.The curling control system with constant velocity is one of the production facilities ofthe immunochromatographic test strip, which designed in this paper. This control systemcan crimp the test piece uniformly according to the set demand. The equipment is designedfrom mechanical structure and electrical control. It uses analog electronics, digitalelectronics, automatic control theory and microcontroller principle integrally.The mechanical part designs a constant linear velocity of the continuous film machinecurling control system which designed with higher accuracy from two aspects of coilingdevice and unreeling device. The electrical control part is designed from software andhardware in three aspects: coiling device, unreeling device and display mechanism. Coilingdevice means it curls through the servo motor speed controlled by SCM and the rotationalspeed of the shaft detected by encoder; the unreeling device means the strip is backwardcontrolled by a DC motor; the display mechanism means the parameters which controlsystem sets are displayed on the LCD by programming.According to the modular design method, it finishes the selection and design of allparts of the device and also finishes the assembly of the hardware part, then completesprogramming design of the software part. The control system is finally combined for onlinedebugging and testing. Through the debugging, it shows that the curling control systemdesigned in this paper meets the requirements and reaches the anticipated demand.
