In recent years, rapid detection of colloidal gold immune chromatography has beenwidely used in medical, agriculture, aquaculture, environmental hygiene and food safetyfields, because of its easy operation, easy to judge, good specificity, high speed andsensitivity, etc. To meet the large demands for chromatography fast test strip, we need todesign a professional instrument to produce it with high accuracy and high efficiency.The rapid development of computers and intelligent instruments provides the basis forpeople to design dispenser instrument. When producing fast test strip, the uniformity ofmedicament and the scratch on the membrane surface determines the detection results. Bystudying reciprocating dispenser instrument at home and abroad, in order to improve itsdefects, we research and design control system for reciprocating dispenser instrument. Todesign the control system for reciprocating dispenser instrument, we chooseMPC82G516A SCM as the main controller, design the hardware circuit and softwareprogram. SCM drive precision stepper motor and ball screw, making stents of crossed penreciprocate in the X-axis direction, Simultaneously SCM communicate with high-precisionindustrial injection pump by RS-485,extract scribing solution, scribe on the nitrocelluloseuniformly and steadily. Scribing density, velocity and length is input by key and displayedon LCD screen. The control system solves issues such as scribe unevenly and have heavyscratches etc., distance between crossed pens is adjustable in Y-axis, parameters is alsoAdjustable, it can match the needs of production.In the design of both hardware structureand software programming, we choose modular design method, to make sure each modulehas full function and easy to maintain. Finally, combine and debug the whole controlsystem to achieve the design requirements.Through continuous experiments and debugging, the control system can scratchingfilms efficiently and precisely, its scratch effect is low, users can produce colloidal goldstrip and do some related experiment according to their own needs.
