This control system uses speed mode, changing torque by calculating diameter automatically. It is not necessary to real time measure tension and speed when Jigger machine running. Further more it's also no need to set the parameter of cloth width in this system beforehand. This system can get all the parameters easily, and automatically record cylinder number of the cloth for canceling accumulative error.Compare with previous control system of Jigger machine and some others imported from foreign countries, and refer to Jigger machine present status in China the author describes the software and hardware design of this machine for its constant tension and constant speed. A credible mathematical analysis ensures the system to keep running steadily.This control system has many virtues such as simply structure, steadily running, high quality automation, and all so. It contributes to changing status that high classical fabric is only made in Jigger machine imported from foreign countries.
