By using the fishbonediagram, T test method, find the problem separately from the CUTJ company’s internal andexternal environment, company staff, OSS system management present situation, the partners ofthe technical level, CUTJ company’s investment ability and so on; by using the checklist method,the Pareto method, statistical analysis method of the OSS system resource information sharingnetwork management software, network management, centralized management of networkdeployment, network management support system automation level, the company managementlevel, CUTJ company to company management, maintenance user perception system one by oneanalysis. Finally to the user experience as the center, to minimize investment as the standard,step by step to enhance the overall level of information OSS system as the principle, determinedby the group of avoidance, management system interception function OSS cloud platform,IPRAN automatically open platform, agent management system, user behavior in order toachieve the information to enhance the level of CUTJ company OSS system analysis target.After the completion of the plan, OSS will provide "unified control, unified management,unified maintenance" information support means for the integration of various maintenancedepartment to CUTJ company, CUTJ company user experience, rate of complaints resolvedperception, business development plan will greatly enhance the rationality.
