Research On Planning Of Information System For Y Press

With the vigorous development of information technology and Chinese cultural market,the readers’ cultural needs become more diversity and individual,and Competition in the market more intense.The successful implementation of information systems can obtain competitive advantage for the enterprise in the market,and the company information system construction base on information system planning,playing an important role in enterprise information construction.The thesis takes the Y press information system planning as the research subject.Firstly,it states researching status at home and abroad and the theory of information system planning.Particularly,it describes the methods of CSF,SST and BSP.Then it introduces Y press,pointing out present situation and the problems of information system.CSF method assures strategic objectives,finding out the key success factors that affect the strategic target,determining the demand of information system.SST method improves the strategic target,converting strategy set into strategy set of information system,determining the strategy of information system.BSP method analyzes business process and data class,determining the overall structure of information system.According to the above analysis,the paper offers scheme of Y press information systems planning,including overall structure,subsystem function planning,planning principles,risk and coping strategies.At the last part of the paper,it summarizes that the enterprise information system planning should be based on the corporate strategy,combining with the enterprise actual situation,using reasonable information systems planning method.Research methods and ideas in this paper will serve not only as the guideline for information systems planning and implementation of Y press but also as the reference for information system planning of other similar press.
