Research On Information Planning Of Gensho Co.,LTD

The logistics industry is a key pillar industry in China.In 2019,the total cost of social logistics will reach 14.6 trillion RMB,accounting for 14.7% of the annual GDP.The information level rate of China's logistics is still quite low,only about 0.08%,which is far from the international average information rate of 0.9%.There are also some logistics enterprises pay more attention to the application of information technology,such as the use of huge enterprise resource planning system,but the lack of effective planning or even planning in the early stage,or the subsequent system promotion and operation and maintenance are not done well,the final effect is far from the management expectation.The core business of Gensho Co.,LTD is logistics,therefore,the enterprise's information planning is particularly critical.How to do the information planning work is not only practical and feasible,but also in line with the strategic objectives of the logistics industry information,is not only an urgent task,but also a very necessary thing.From the theoretical point of view,information planning includes information strategy and enterprise architecture,but Gensho Co.,LTD has no clear information planning at present.This paper is committed to using the strategic alignment model and TOGAF enterprise architecture specification to put forward a feasible information planning scheme.This paper first introduces the overall situation of the company,through interviews and literature review with the company's middle and senior leaders,business leaders and key personnel,combs out the current information status of Gensho Co.,LTD.,and summarizes the main problems of information.Next,according to the analysis of strategic alignment model,the information strategy is derived from the enterprise strategy.Then,according to the framework theory of enterprise architecture,we design the business,application,data and technology architecture of Gensho Co.,LTD.Finally,According to the situation of the scheme,the paper puts forward the plan,control and key guarantee measures for the implementation of the information project of Gensho Co.,LTD.The research results of this paper are applied to the information planning work of Gensho Co.,LTD.,hoping to point out the direction for the information construction of Gensho Co.,LTD.,achieve the system business connection,information sharing,decision support,and smoothly support the needs of enterprise strategic transformation.At the same time,it can also provide information planning reference for other logistics enterprises in similar development stage.
