At present, my bureau business approval system has been achieved on the city planning business information approval management, but the traditional planning approval relying on various plans, planning and building design scheme can not timely and effective, visual image with the surrounding situation compared with the real scene effect, there is a certain gap, easily lead to architectural design produced hysteresis and limitations. As the Municipal City Hall on the building design of a high starting point, high standard, high level, high level of the "four high" requirements, the two-dimensional model approval to in the application of the reproduction of 3D entity, unable to meet the requirements of city 3D spatial features.This paper puts forward creative and exploratory strategy under this background, the main contents are as following:Study the Construction of existing Information System in detail.Study the Current Status and Development of Planning work and information system in detail.Research on the Information System Construction,and focus on its overall design,application design and specific implement measures. Research on the Information System Construction , and focus on its projected investment,benefit analysis and perspective plan.
