Project Designing And Implemetion: The Unified Planning And Comprehensive Integration Of College Digital Campus

As the time advances, scientific technique as well as the quality of the workers becomes a vital factor for the development of the society, while higher education becomes the inevitable choice for the promotion of the scientific techniques and the workers’quality. The wide-range use of modern information technology has promoted teaching to change in its mode, time and space, as well as the manner. It has become one of the directions to which higher education is developing that turning such changes into dynamic of the college development so as to push forward the modernization of the school running.The essence of building a digital college, which means innovations in the way of teaching, mechanism of creation, activity of study and pattern of management, is to develop an environment for education. The use of information technology in terms of college teaching, scientific research, campus management and daily life has changed traditional manner of teaching, system of management and mechanism of operation, and thus significantly improved the usage of education recourses. It becomes one of the main choices of domestic and abroad colleges to network and digitizing the campus with the facility of information technology, so as to broaden the dimension of teaching, scientific research and management activities both in time and space. Digital campus is now the key constructing project in college informationization.The thesis firstly describes the research background and developing situation of digitized campus in domestic and foreign universities, and then combining with the actual situation of Shandong Youth University of Political Science, analyzes construction demands by OOA/D thought, makes clear of business model, and designs the unified work flow and data flow diagram; Secondly, put forward that business system development should be based on the J2EE platform, based on the LDAP protocol access control model, using SOA architecture to implement digitized campus, to determine the base platform+Information Standard+core business system construction model; Thirdly, according to the requirements and construction model, to make technology selection and functional design, and design the digitized campus application supporting platform and information standards in detail, and analyze the working principle and important role of basic platform and information standard. Fourthly, this thesis gives several methods to integrate with the third party business from three aspects of data, certification and the portal. Fifthly, this thesis designs several core business system in detail, the information security system and operation/maintenance system framework. The program has certain reference significance to the same type of domestic colleges in digitized campus construction.By the construction of digitized campus, the school completes the integration of information resources, improves the scalability and performance of information system, achieves a unified data standards, unified database, unified information portal, unified access control and unified hardware structure, greatly reduces the complex correlation between systems, comprehensively integrates the advantages of school resources and reduces administrative expenses.Finally, combining with the problems encountered in use, the thesis analyzes and summarizes the insufficiency, and proposed the plan to the next step.
