This paper based on the technical requirements the existing control system are faced within upgrading reconstruction as well as the control requirements in production processoperation, the paper analyzes the problems in the process of implementing the original controlsystem and standard specifications on the basis of analyzing the relevant design specifications,industry standards and international standards of the control system. Furthermore, based onactual cases, this paper analyzes the application of design, requirement designs, systemperformance requirements and even the standard acceptance system in control system from theperspective of end-users’ requirements and illustrates the importance of the application ofstandard system technology in control system reconstruction.These paper mentions that the control systems of some plant waters fail to meet therequirement of being unattended on the scene due to the low reliability of the system and thatthe control systems of water plants have entered the stage of innovation, therefore theunattended ones should be taken into account in constructing new systems. Under thesecircumstances, the design standards and specifications should be employed to perfect theconstruction of the control system, which would reduce the trail time and increase thereliability of the system by calculating and designing reliability parameters that could passvarious standards.Technically, by using the performance index of standard projects put forward by varioustechnical standards combined with the method of evaluation standard, it explores how torealize the process of optimizing the control system in accordance with performance design. Inconstructing the control system, it compares the applications of reasonable combinationsconducted by different standard frameworks based on different performance requirements sothat the system is put into reasonable use to construct a new control system with reasonableframework and balanced performance without impacting the performance. Through renewingrelevant standard requirements, it provides a scientific basis for the new construction of thewater plants’control systems.
