Hydrogen production from water electrolysis has been extensively used in the fields of chemical engineering, food,electronics and others, due to its simple process, low environmental pollution and high gas purity. But hydrogen is very easy to burn and explosive, which requests the water electrolysis apparatus operated in safe and stability. Therefore, it is very important for the design of flow diagram and controlling system of this apparatus. The shock strength be greatly reduced.Along with the developements of computer technology, it applies to the water electrolysis plant of hydrogen. The safety and reliability of hydrogen plant are enhanced for lots of use automatic meter and valves.Against the problem within the design and devolpment of control system for water electrolysis plant of hydrogen, the author of this paper work out a practical scheme. To a certain degree, it settled disputes of the control system for hydrogen plant.The paper has the following conclusions:1. The control tactics and development mentality can be working with hydrogen plant safety and reliability. It solved the reliable alarm and inter-lock problem of the plant perfectly for the set-up of Follow-up alarming point.2. The process control program adopts the style of subrine. It increase the maintain characteristics, shorten the hours.3. It bring about the process control and management automation for the 2-layers structure control system, improves level of control, opration and management, produced greatly economic benefit and social benefit.
