With the rapid pace of our country's modernization, more and more large sea projects appeared. Because of the heavy burden of construction boats and the high danger of the ships'work itself, it is urgent to research modern measurement and control system that monitor the ship state to ensure its safety, to reduce the occurrence of accidents.What this thesis discussed is a part of the project"Key technologies research of measurement and control system for piling ships". In this project, sensor node is far away from the monitor center, and there are many environment factors that cause interference, these two factors may influence the sensor's precision. Two specification indications are the sensor's work voltage is not stable and not at the point that we supposed, the data that the sensor transmit back is serious disrupted. This thesis should solve these two problems.We firstly analyzed how the piling ship worked and the monitor requirement of its safety work, on this basis we selected the type of the sensor and decided how to install it. Secondly we took the load cell for example to explain the principle of the line loss, and then described typical compensation methods such as three-line method and ratio compensation method, designed the negative-feedback based compensation circuit. Thirdly we analyzed main sources and types of the interference in the harsh environment of the piling ship, discussed main methods of long distance sensor data transmission, and design the current and frequency transmission circuits. At last, based on these two technologies we implement the whole piling boat measurement and control system.At present the measurement and control system has been used in several piling ships.
