With the implementation of the double carbon policy,the support of wind power and other new energy sources has been increasing,but the grid renewal speed of regional power grids can not meet the requirements.In addition,the different levels of economic development in various cities have led to the slow construction of transmission networks in some regions,the inadequate transmission capacity of regional power grid tie lines,and the consumption of wind power and other new energy can not keep up,resulting in the waste of wind power resources,Therefore,the transmission network optimization planning considering the wind power consumption of regional power grid after large-scale wind power grid connection is studied.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the characteristics and requirements of power grid planning considering wind power consumption are summarized,and the process and modeling process of transmission network planning after large-scale wind power grid connection are analyzed.In this paper,the two parameter Weibull distribution is used to simulate the wind power output.Because the uncertainty and intermittent characteristics of wind power will affect the consumption of wind power by the power grid,the previous general power flow calculation method based on deterministic quantity is no longer suitable for the power flow after large-scale wind power grid connection,To solve this problem,this paper uses the stochastic power flow method to calculate the power flow in the planning process of wind power transmission network.At the same time,a multi-objective optimization planning mathematical model of power transmission network is established to solve the problem,which aims at minimizing the investment cost,minimizing the line loss cost,minimizing the overall wind power abandonment and considering the minimum risk of system power flow out of limit.Then,the structure and algorithm characteristics of the particle swarm optimization algorithm are analyzed,and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to solve the power grid planning problem considering wind power consumption.At the same time,for the problem that the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm is not easy to find the best,the chaotic search of tent mapping is introduced to form a chaotic adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm,and the inertia factor is adaptively improved to form an improved chaotic adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm(gcpso),It can give full play to the advantages of fast convergence and simple implementation of particle swarm optimization algorithm,weaken or eliminate the defects of particle swarm optimization algorithm,and pave the way for the later application of improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the multi-objective optimization planning model of transmission network considering wind power consumption.Finally,gcpso is used to build the optimal planning model of transmission network considering wind power consumption.Garver 6-node example is used to compare the simulation algorithms.Through the analysis of the conditions before and after wind power consumption,it shows that the chaotic adaptive algorithm has more advantages in solving the transmission network planning model.Then Dandong Power grid is taken as an example to verify the example of Regional Power Grid Considering the optimal planning of wind power consumption and transmission network,The optimization planning results provide a new reference for regional power grid planning projects...
