Remote meter reading system is hydroelectric, gas and other departments forremote monitoring, data collection and analysis and data process and transmission ofthe monitoring system. Remote meter reading system is obtained for water andelectrical departments gaze, because of its real-time and high efficiency.433MHzremote meter reading has been widely applied relying on its advantages of high signalintensity, long transmission distance, low power consumption and high reliability inmeter reading industry as well as the field of meter wireless transmission. Due to433MHz wireless transmission module has no corresponding security, many remotemeter reading system is attacked, causing serious economic losses in the realityapplications. On the basis of existing remote meter reading, and the combinedapplication of the current situation at home and abroad, the paper develops a relativelysafe433MHz remote meter reading system.Remote meter reading system, based on433MHz,belongs to the wirelesstransceiver system which is based on the CC1110RF transceiver chip and SimpliciTIprotocol stack. This system realizes wireless data communications by way of433networks which is constructed by mounts of wireless equipment spread in everyuser’s home, and in this way it transports the power data by GPRS to the monitoringcenter for analysis. The system contains the intelligent ammeter, the collector, theconcentrator and the monitoring center. Concentrator in the middle of the wholenetwork, which with management center communication, is realized through theGPRS network, and the collector communication to realize by CC1110wirelesstransceiver module to form a433network. Between the concentrator and the collectorare using string type of network topology.Remote Meter Reading safe system, based on433MHz, is more complex intopological structure and protocol than the traditional433MHz Remote MeterReading system, the traditional433remote meter reading systems generally use acustom transport protocol, but does not implement encryption, and the system uses thelatest version of the SimpliciTI network protocol stack for communication and openthe encryption function, Ensuring the security of data transmission, remote meterreading meet the low-power, low-cost, high reliability and high security requirements.Finally, by building the test environment, remote meter reading system for the safety and reliability of the system has been tested, the testing completed on the meterreading data transmission, encryption mechanism of detection, resist replay attack theexperiment and the overall system performance test. Test results show that the systemcan complete the regular meter reading tasks, and there is a certain resistance toexisting attack ability, also meet the basic requirement of remote meter readingsystem.
