With the development of information technology,the diversity of information interaction promotes the development of Internet of things.The Internet of things equipment with short-range wireless communication equipment as the core is increasing at the rate of 20%every year.Super regenerative receiver with its low power consumption,simple structure,high integration,can be widely used in short-range wireless communication equipment.In this paper,the design of bandgap reference,low noise amplifier(LNA),super-regenerative oscillator and other main modules of the receiver are completed based on super-regenerative architecture in 0.35?m CMOS process.The second-order temperature compensation of reference voltage source is realized by weighted superposition of the first-order temperature compensation voltage and the voltage with high-order temperature term which is conversed from the subthreshold leakage current of MOS transistor.In addition,a high-gain operational amplifier and negative feedback loop are adopted to improve the power supply rejection ratio(PSRR).The LNA adopts the negative feedback structure of the source inductor and the off chip inductor to achieve good input impedance matching.By using the cascode structure,the isolation between the antenna and the super-regenerative oscillator is increased,and the gain of the LNA is improved.The super-regenerative oscillator adopts the cross coupled LC oscillator structure.The PMOS transistor is used as the switch to control the start and stop of the oscillator.The tail current control circuit is used to make the oscillator start when the tail current is small,which further reduces the power consumption of the super-regenerative oscillator.The simulation results show that the temperature coefficient of the bandgap voltage reference is 3.3ppm/? when the temperature changes from-40? to 110?,the PSRR at low frequency is-96dB@100Hz,and the quiescent current is only 33?A.When the frequency of input signal is 315MHz and 433MHz,the gain of LNA is 15.5dB and 14dB respectively,the noise figure is 1.35dB and 1.43dB respectively,and the input impedance is 50?;When the input signal strength is-90dBm at 433MHz,the start-up time of the super-regenerative oscillator is 297ns and the amplitude is 2.6V.Based on the design of amplitude detection circuit and quenching circuit,the overall circuit design and simulation,layout design and post simulation of regenerative receiver are completed,and finally the tape test is completed.The results show that under 3.3V power supply voltage,the receiver can receive 315MHz or 433MHz RF signal with sensitivity of 96dBm,power consumption of 6.6mW and data transmission rate of 10kbps.
