| Based on the analysis of the inline measurement system’s tendency ofapplication, the paper proposed the construction scheme of intelligent digital visualsensors based on ARM core component to aim at the limit of current system’smeasuring speed and precision. The embedded system was embedded in theintelligent visual sensors so that the visual sensors have the functions of real-timeimage acquisition and processing, and the sensor can communicate with computersthrough Ethernet. The measuring speed and the stability and reliability of signaltransmission have been improved.The intelligent digital visual sensors have the following advantages:1. The multi-sensor parallel execution can improve measurement speed.2. Avoid the long distance transmission of analog video signal in the industrialfield. Images are processed immediately after acquisition, which improve theprecision of image processing.3. The embedded analog video decode system replace the costly PCI videocapture card and third-party image capture software, which reduce system cost.4. Using Ethernet TCP protocol for field communication, improves the systemreliability and data transmission speed.The paper has completed the following works:1. Put forward the vision sensors embedded system solution and complete theselection of embedded software and hardware system.2. Design the visual sensor hardware circuit based on S3C6410embeddedprocessors, Ethernet controller chip and video decoder chip.3. Design the sensor measurement software under the embedded Linux, whichachieved the real-time image acquisition and process and Ethernet communication.4. Complete the model design of vision sensor and the experimental validation ofeach module functions. |
