Design Of Visual Intercom System Based On Wi-Fi

With the improvement of living standards, visual intercom system becomes the trend of intelligent building, and has been gradually warming in our country. However, the visual intercom system cannot be widely applied in our life, mainly due to its more expensive, less flexibility and less functional.In order to solve the problems that the traditional visual intercom system lack of flexibility and less function, this dissertation proposes a kind of visual intercom system based on Wi-Fi. Hardware design mainly include S3C6410processor core board, audio acquisition module, video acquisition module, Wi-Fi module, LCD display and touch module and interface circuit of each module. This dissertation presents the building process of the embedded software environment in detail. And software design is based on the WINCE6.0operating system and the multi-threaded design, which includes the design of audio and video collection procedures, audio and video codec procedures, adaptive transmission procedures and GUI interface procedures. This dissertation uses Directshow multimedia development for implementation of audio and video collection, and uses MFC module integrated in S3C6410processor for H.264video codec, and transplants G.729audio codec algorithm to S3C6410processor for audio codec. This dissertation proposes a kind of packaging method, adaptive transmission control strategy (GAIMDJBuffer) and synchronous playback method of audio and video streams.Interface design of visual intercom system is presented in this dissertation, and the test shows that visual intercom system based on Wi-Fi can achieve the function of visual intercom, and the effect is much better since the image is successive and clear, audio and video is synchronous as well.
