At present,the assembly of mobile phone IPEX line is mainly completed manually with low efficiency,which makes the whole production of mobile phone still belong to labor-intensive industry and restricts the development of mobile phone manufacturing industry.With the application of industrial robot in the field of assembly and the development of machine vision technology,the automatic assembly system of industrial robot guided by vision technology can replace manual operation,and effectively solve the above problems.Combine the development status of automatic assembly of industrial robots guided by machine vision at home and abroad,designs the automatic assembly system of mobile phone IPEX line,and focuses on the research of visual positioning and measurement algorithm.The main work content is as follows:Starting from manual assembly method of the mobile phone IPEX line,design assembly process of mobile phone IPEX line automatic assembly system based on visual guidance,introduce the work content and performance requirements of the visual system,and design hardware selection and installation position of vision system.Hardware selection of the visual system includes selection of industrial cameras,industrial lenses and light sources.In order to improve the speed and accuracy of target recognition,introduce a target detection algorithm based on deep learning.Analyze the characteristics of related deep learning target detection algorithms,and select YOLOv3 with higher speed and accuracy.In view of the various environmental conditions in the actual assembly process of the mobile phone IPEX line,carry out image acquisition,preprocessing and data set production.Based on the priori box analysis of K-means algorithm,and adjust the parameters to train the YOLOv3 model.Research on relevant algorithms in the assembly process of mobile phone IPEX line,including image preprocessing,target positioning and angle measurement algorithms.In terms of image preprocessing,a better median filtering algorithm and Canny edge detection algorithm are used,and an image segmentation method based on HSV color space is proposed according to the characteristics of mobile phone IPEX line.In terms of target positioning,a target positioning method based on the smallest bounding rectangle and template matching is proposed;In angle measurement,the bottom edge contour of the target is extracted,and the contour is fitted in a straight line based on the least square method.The oblique angle of the line is taken as the oblique angle of the target.Experimental testing and analysis of the vision-guided mobile phone IPEX line automatic assembly system,including the calibration system experiment,the experiment verification and analysis of visual positioning measurement algorithm and the overall experiment of IPEX line assembly system.The calibration system includes camera calibration and pixel equivalent measurement.The visual positioning measurement algorithm validates the effectiveness of the algorithm in terms of repetitive positioning accuracy,positioning accuracy and running time.The overall experiment of the system proves the feasibility of the assembly system from the accuracy and rapidity of the assembly of IPEX line.
