Design And Optimization Of Educational Management System Interface Based On Kansei Engineering

With the idea of user experience gradually attracted widespread attention, in theweb site or information system design process, how to obtain the user’s emotionalneeds, enhance the user’s experience has become the focus of the study. In atraditional managermant information system interface design studies, designer hasestablished a basic framework for interaction design and usability testing methods,but this method is mainly on the focus of the operation of ease of use, which can notbe right to judge the user’s emotional awareness and sentimental demand. Emotionaldesign is a kind of design theory which is based on user emotional needs, and now itis applicated in gradually applied in e-commerce sites page design, and brings users apleasant experience.In this paper, we combine interface design with kansei engineering to deal withthe existing problem of the current interface design of management informationsystem, and complete the emotional design of the instance system with the purpose ofimproving the user experience. The main work is as follows:(1)In this paper, we firstly analyse the current situation of Kansei engineeringand emotional design with the purpose of providing a reference for the emotionaldesign of information management system interface. Then, we analyse the existingusability model of interface design and the user-centered human-computer interactionmodel, bring up the general process of web interface design, and introduce theprinciples of interface design.(2)In this paper, we introduce the basic concepts and research methods of kanseiengineering, describe the commonly used methods of emotional design such as ZeroOrder Method, Eye tracking technology, Semantic Differential Method and PrEmoMethod; we analyse the role of Kansei engineering in the interface design, and bringup the web interface design process which is based on emotional design.(3)At the end, the study used the educational management system interfacedesign as an example, with the analysis of emotional factors of the system and useremotional needs, carried out the interface design practice of the three typicalsubsystem, and completed the program evaluation, and validated its practicalsignificance and the feasibility. I hope this paper can make some inspiration forinterface design of other management information system.
