The key of user experience design of digital products during age of information is User Interface Design. Along with the digital products becoming a new life style, user interface design of digital products gets more and more important. According to these changes, researchers at both home and abroad dedicate their time to do many studies of user interface design and user experience design, many theories born due to their hard working. But for a long time, the aspect of UI design of theories stands in a flat dimension. It becomes the bottle neck of designer to create a good experience user interface which content massive complexity of info-stream.Some explorations of UI design methods and principles have been done in this thesis. It First described the develop history of Human-Computer Interaction Model, and new challenges of UI design in a brand new era. Then, proposed a point of view that mission of UI designing is to help clients to achieve their goals for buying product. And design from an aspect of flat-surpassed 2.5 dimensions is the key to that mission. Second, it discusses the 2.5 dimension UI design method and processes. And try to combine the Kansei Engineering theory and Color psychology to refine the UI design methods. Then, it proposed a new UI prototype method based on new technologies called"Flash platform"and XML which can improving the efficiency and of UI design processes when the UI prototype need to be create. In the end of this thesis, a practical test of all the theory was done by designing the UI of tobacco sorting machine of Nanjing DaShu Ltd. Co.
