In recent years, with the idea "user experience" gradually attracted widespread attention, in the web design process, how to obtain the user's emotional needs, and its application to the design of web interface design became the focus of the study. In a traditional Web interface design studies, designer has established a basic framework for interaction design and usability testing methods, but this method is on the focus of the operation of ease of use, which can not be right to judge the user's emotional awareness. Emotional design is a design theory based on user's emotional needs and recogonition, its use to the web site design, which can effectively survey of users, emotional and cognitive needs of the situation, and to obtain perceptual design elements. This paper is an in-depth study based on emotional design theory in the site design method. This paper describes the concept and research fields of emotional design, also practice extraction methods, such as the concept of O-order Kansei-concept method, SD method, PrEmo method, eye tracking system method. Secondly, the study analysis the existing usability model of interface design, proposed the position and role of emotional design in the interface design process. Thirdly, this study conducted a case study to B2C e-commerce sites, and concluded a B2C e-commerce website interface design process based on emotional design. At the end, the study use B2C e-commerce website home page design as an example, with application of the earlier emotional-based interface design process, carried out interface design practice, and done the program evaluation, to validate its practical significance.Through adding emotional design methodology in the interface design process, this paper provides the user understanding of the emotional needs, judging user emotional knowledge to the interface, As well as the Interface design program's user evaluation by Quantitative Research Methods, in order to enhance user's emotional experience in the progress. I hope this paper can make some inspiration for B2C e-commerce and other areas' design researchers.
