Design And Implementation Of The Management Platform Of Virtual Alliance Based On Cloud Service

With the rapid development of information technology and the market economy,the traditional institution which only relies on its own internal resources and strengthscan hardly satisfy rapidly changing market. The unique advantages of virtual alliancehave made it an increasingly important cooperative organization mode in today’ssociety. Virtual alliance means organizations such as enterprises, colleges andresearch institutions which combine their different resources and core competencies,then across time and space aimed at a series of strategic objectives through networktechnology and management theory. The appearance of cloud technology creates anew opportunity for virtual alliance’s development, then the cloud platform providesfavorable condition for organizations and individuals which need to find partners, soas to contributing to virtual alliance. Meanwhile, according to the managementrequirements of all kinds of alliance, cloud management platform of virtual allianceprovides customizable management system of cooperation process, which is greatlyconvenient to formation and management of virtual alliance. Based on these needsmentioned above, Major works of this paper are listed as follows.This paper analyzes the characteristics and requirements of virtual alliance, thencombined with the three layer architecture model of cloud platform and the idea ofsoftware as a service, maked the virtual alliance cooperation process management asservices, at last, this paper puts forward the architecture model of virtual alliancemanagement platform based on cloud services.The multi-constraint and multi-objective problem of searching partners isanalyzed. Multi-objective genetic algorithm is adopted to find an optimal solutionwhich has multi-objective such as cost, quality, risk and time. This provides ascientific evaluation method for finding partners.SaaS4th maturity model is also analyzed in this pape, combined with the lifecycle of virtual alliance mentioned, a customized SaaS model which is adapted tomanagement of virtual alliance is proposed. UML is used to modeling for virtualalliance formation and cloud services, which provides the foundation for network management of virtual alliance.Based on J2EE platform, SSH framework and SQL Server2005databasetechnology are used to realize management platform of virtual alliance.Designed with SaaS service model, management platform of virtual alliancemeets the users demand of personalized customization and service, enhances the codereuse rate of virtual alliance cooperation process management system and reduces thecomplexity of virtual alliance management, will greatly promote the healthydevelopment of the virtual alliance.
