Research On The Partner Selection System Of Cloud Computing Alliance

Cloud computing is configurable computing resources (e.g., networks,servers, storage, applications and services) in the Shared pool, can facilitate userson-demand access to the network. Cloud computing can work with minimalmanagement or service provider interact with each other and rapid configurationand computing resources. Currently, Cloud computing has become one of thehottest central theme of the IT industry’s. The cloud computing industry in theprocess of rapid development, related organizations and institutions, breakthrough the geographical restrictions, joined into a new kind of organization form,the cloud computing alliance came into being.Selecting a proper collaborated partner to supplement the insufficienttechnique level is a possible policy that an enterprise adopts when it isconfronted by the severe competition. Firstly, the cloud computing alliancepartner selection influence factors were analyzed, the cloud alliance partnerselection principle of index system is built, the primary index system is carriedon, and cloud computing alliance partner selection index system is build by theindicators correction and optimization. Secondly, this dissertation systematicallydeals with the interdependence of motivations for forging alliance and criteria forselecting partners, then sets adequate weights for criteria and attributes accordingto the priority of motivations for evaluating the candidate partners. Since theweighting process for criteria is affected by motivations and reversely theweighting of criteria also reveals the priority of motivations, these two factorshave mutual influence on each other. The ANP approach is employed to deal withthis recursive relationship. At last, the dissertation takes Harbin cloud computingalliance as an example for empirical research on the cloud computing alliancepartner selection evaluation.The partner evaluation proposed in this article can meet different situations by adapting the relative weights of criteria and attributes according to therelationship between the criteria and motivations for every particular situation,thus enabling decision makers to think more comprehensively before conductinga selection process. Study on Cloud computing alliance partner selection, deepenthe theory foundation of cloud computing alliance, and promote the healthydevelopment of the alliance of cloud computing to provide the reference.
