Research On Enterprise Cloud-based SAAS Platform Operations Strategy Case Study Of AWS

Software as a service(SAAS)is a recent innovated concept.Unlike IAAS and PAAS,it represents a new software layout model and relies on the Internet to obtain software services.SAAS has the most advantage of not requiring a large amount of initial CAPEX investment,controllable costs,ease to use,and convenient maintenance,it is very suitable for small and medium enterprises and individuals.SAAS has achieved great success in the United States,and has grown up well-known companies such as Salesforce,Workday,ServiceNow,Zendesk and Slack.SAAS can empower business and achieve better development.In order to make SAAS provider for better localized development,this research presents great significance for further research of domestic enterprise SAAS Cloud provider operation strategies.This research introduces the concepts of cloud computing and SAAS model according to the funnel logic,analyzes the development status and research status of SAAS,and takes Amazon AWS as an example to analyze the oppurtunities and challenges for SAAS Cloud provider in domestic market and how to run a successful SAAS Ecosystem.Finally,the research proposes an optimized solution to the existing problems.
