The Research Of The Image Processing In The Embedded Systems For Inkjet Printer

With the requirements of printing identification technology are increasing, and the value of the status of image processing technology in many areas continue to rise, so the important of image processing technology in the inkjet printer is also increasingly reflected out, which have a very important influence on identifies the clarity and accuracy of printing, etc. For a series of image processing technical problems of its existence, this paper proposes a solution to good effect. In a comprehensive introduction to the current technological level of image processing profile and image format, based on high-resolution inkjet printer XJ128nozzle hardware system to study how to printing the processed PNG image. Specific findings are as follows:First, from an oyerall perspective, introduced the development of modern inkjet printer, as well as the characteristics of embedded systems and so on. Then briefly introduced the related image processing technology, which laying a good foundation for the work performed in image processing following.Second, compared with a variety of image formats, catch the advantages derived of the PNG image format; followed by comparative analysis of common image processing technology, the necessity of image segmentation processing; studied the typical image segmentation methods, the inferred image thresholding method is the most widely adopted, and segmentation method has a large advantage.Third, to obtain the image data PNG file, and analyzing the structure composition of the PNG image, then get the final judgment of each data block of the PNG image corresponding to the image data, and the arrangement order in the file.Fourth, the use of a new thresholding techniques for PNG image were simulated. The use of new methods for the PNG image file for image verification, looking to improving the speed of finding out the PNG image contours, and PNG image threshold high-definition; followed by analysis XJ128nozzle can identify the data formats, converted the image data matrix into binary format, then get a bitmap image; transferred the data to the XJ128nozzle, the final picture will be showed.
