China, as the largest coal-producing country of the world, coal mineproduction safety can not be ignored. In recent years, with government andenterprise attaching importance to the coal mine information systemconstruction, there has been a large number of outstanding mine safetymanagement systems appeared, which play an important role in coal mineproduction safety protection and information exchange.In order to facilitate the teaching and training of the policies andstandards about coal mine safety monitoring, to the mine safety professionalstudents and related-staff, according to the existing coal mine safety monitoringsystem, we design and implement a coal mine safety monitoring simulationsystem. Simulation system is divided into three parts, first part is the simulationof the underground environment, second part is the simulation of monitoringand control system, the last part is the evaluation platform for the studentlearning. The main content of this research is to simulate the monitoringplatform part of the simulation system,which is used to monitor and recordmine environment for inoue staff, the platform include data monitoring part andlogging part.The monitoring platform, basic idea is using B/S structure, Web service asmiddleware to connect and operate database, using C#language to design webservice. Client visit platform website using web browser, the web page isdesigned using JavaScript and HTML, which use Ajax to call the web servicesinterface in the background,use JavaScript and some jQuery components todisplay the data obtained.This paper includes three parts.One is to analyze Chinese coal mine safety status and the urgency and necessity of the development of coal mine safetymonitoring system, then propose design with the special needs of teaching andtraining; Another is to introduce web service,Ajax, jQuery and othertechnologys which is use to design safety donitoring system, explain therelevant concepts, analyze the technical feasibility of the design used inmonitoring platform. The last part is to analyze and introduce the whole designprocess of the coal mine safety monitoring system, including the main design,the processes of some important parts, detail design and analysis of the corecode, testing and analysis of the system performance.
