With the rapid development of Internet technology and the continued popularity of Internet applications, networking, intelligent, integration and digitization is the development direction of network monitoring. Currently, the security work of many units and departments are facing serious challenges. Inefficient management, lagging ways and huge security issues are becoming more and more apparent, building a safe, easy-to-use monitoring system will be a inevitable choice.Traditional network monitoring systems are designed mostly with C/S model, this platform is used in restricted scope, and they are obvious shortcomings in the visualization, interoperability, user experience, and so on. In recent years, Web2.0 technology has been widely applied to a variety of software development platform, this system has been greatly improved in terms of interactivity, user experience, scalability, and so forth, but its popularity is far from enough. This article will go along exploration and practice in the AJAX technology and lightweight J2EE framework for integrated development in a certain degree, and provide a possible code security solutions. In the end, the design scheme is applied to the design of realization of a real network monitoring system based on C/S and B/S mixed structure, this system have obtained very good results in the system security, availability, and user experience Visualization, etc.For the above problems, this paper is written based on the oil depot remote monitoring information system(hereinafter referred as: the case system) actual project, combined with the actual situation of inefficient management, oil confusion, easy to get out of control and large security issues of the forces, and fully take into account the network monitoring software application actuality and successful experience on the internet platform, some more popular and web technologies are applied to the development of case system. On-site monitoring equipments have such features of highly integrated, intelligent, all-digital, they are facilitate to the direct connection with ip network. The development of entire monitoring system consists of two main parts: first, the control center web subsystem, it is directed connected to the site through network, qualified users can achieve on-line office, get and set the defined parameters of on-site equipments; second, the on-site control part, on-site monitoring platform is achieved through the famous configuration software MCGS for secondary development. Monitoring system is mainly composed of three parts: on-site monitoring, communication networks and monitoring center. In addition to the completion of the various parts of the network building, routing and switching equipment configuration, I participate in the design and implementation work of web server software partial modules. The technologies, design and implementation scheme have alse referenced value for other web network monitoring softwares especially the current high intelligence, all-digital and visual network monitoring system.
