TPMS is abbreviation of Tire Pressure Monitoring System. It is used in the facet of real-time auto-detection of tire air-pressure and air-temperature when driving. It can give the alarm in order to avoid the traffic accident when the air leaking from the tire, low-air-pressure or high-air-pressure and so on. It is a system of safeguard for drivers and passengers.This project adopts a new scheme which different from the foreign scheme. We make a small change on the structure of wheel and move the Remote Tire Pressure Monitoring to the axes of wheel. In addition, we add an inertia generator in the TPMS. The host computer communicates with the subsystem by the wireless micro-network-bridge. The wireless micro-network-bridge is connected with the host computer by the DCPL-bus designed by ourselves. This scheme can resolve the problem of power supply effectively and increase the stability and reliability of system. It becomes easier to maintain it as a result of change of installation location.In the project, I mainly take charge the circuit design of the subsystem. The paper introduces the scheme of foreign TPMS firstly and analyses the shortcoming, then shows the scheme of author. In the part of detail design, it includes two parts: hardware design and software design. In the end, the paper depicts the debugging of software and hardware and methods of test and related results.
